The property was purchased in the Derbyshire area and was a 1 bedroomed Semi. We had the vision to see the potential from the start, having a large garden and space that hadn’t been fully maximized in the property and it was very dated and in need of a full renovation.
Firstl, we got our in house Architect to draw plans to build a 1 bedroom detached bungalow within part of the garden area and quickly established that this would comfortably fit without taking all the adjoining garden. We then, along with our Architects, re-designed the garden to enable off-road parking for both the new build and the existing property. This was then submitted for planning approval which was passed.
We then fully renovated the existing house, creating a second bedroom and adding a further bathroom in the property this being a great way to maximize the value of existing property and the new build alongside it.
This also attained a substantially higher valuation than anticipated, and our client was extremely pleased with his returns and the high standard achieved.
